We have an active database with hundreds of crew ready  to interview in key hotel positions such as galley chefs, galley stewards, buffet & restaurant stewards, housekeeping and laundry personnel and much more. Each  candidate goes through a rigorous pre-screening process ensuring all qualifications and  experience are cross referenced and that the candidate possesses the right attitude and  required level of English competence. Pre Employment Medical Clearance

Once the final interview has been completed, our team will ensure that each crew  member obtains valid and accurate medical clearance from government and flag state  approved medical centers in the country. We can also arrange for any extra tests on  your behalf such as Yellow Fever, MMR, Ultra Sounds etc

Travel Documents and Certificates

Our stringent procedures avoid the risk of crew members departing their home countries  with incomplete or inadequate documents that would delay or deny the sign on process on your vessels. We will ensure all requirements of the Indonesian government are met as well as those of the flag state of the vessel being joined and any other documentation required by the client company.

Our processing team will also deliver a pre departure briefing explaining the policies and  procedures of the client company and flag state. In the case of 'new to sea' crew, we will dispatch an airport representative to help the crew at the airport at the time of flight departure.
